like, it doesn’t even make me want to get my law on, and i will generally speaking do that at the drop of a hat. i mean, i’m totally interested in the precedent the case will set, and v. interested in how that influences other legal spheres. just not the actual law of the case itself. or anything abt the case itself. i am so burnt out on “same-sex” marriage (I don’t really like that term bc the groups lobbying for it don’t really give a crap about people who aren’t gay assimilationists who do actually care on relationships w/ the same sex, whatever the hell that even means wrt people who aren’t cisgendered and cissexual) so fuck em basically. fuck em all.
